These 2 women led the Seneca Falls Convention More than 300 men and women were involved, including Frederick Douglas.
This convention was the start of something great. It  gained national attention for the women's rights movement and for the suffrage movement. This was the beginning of men and women equality. Women had a voice after the convention.

Mother Jones was devoted to helping coal miners and railroad workers, for whom she traveled to numerous strike sites. As adamant as she was, no one could ever change Mother Jones' mind about what was right and what she put effort into. At 82 years old, when participating in a strike in Virginia, Mother Jones was arrested and sentenced to 20 years. Fortunately, with the help of her supporters.
