Evidence 1- About me PowerPoint
1. I had to create a PowerPoint with 5 slides and each slide had a certain topic I had to talk about. The 1st slide was about me. 2nd slide was how do I learn best. 3rd slide was goals and aspirations. 4th slide was how did COVID affect me as a student and the 5th slide was if money wasn't an object what would I do tomorrow.
2. This improved my communication by getting up and talking in front of people and boosted my confidence.
3. I think the presentation went really well. Mostly because of the confidence I had going into the presentation.
4. I think to improve I could add more onto the slides on the presentation.

Evidence 2-Enrolling to college
1. I had to come into college and talk a member of staff and went through the course and got told everything I need to know about the college.
2. This improved my communication by talking to the member of staff and answering the questions.
3. I think it went really well as I got on the course.
4. I think to improve I could've been a bit louder and not quieter.

Evidence 3- Interview/job/college
1.I had to go into my job interview confident and not be nervous.
2.This improved my communication by talking to the the manager of the restaurant.

1-Activity- Terrorist, We had to work as a team and some people had to go around the campus and find clues to stop the attack.

Evidence 1- Attendance at college
1.Explain the activity- College Attendance. I am motivated because I turn up to college everyday
2. What went well- I have all my assignments completed and handed in on time and complete all work.
3. What did not go well- I missed one day of college and got behind
4. What could I improve-Come to college every day so I don't get behind with any work

Evidence 2- Work part-time job
1. I am motivated because I turn up to work whenever I get a shift and get scheduled I sometimes turn up way too early
2. How did this help develop my motivational skills- This helped me because I work really hard on whatever station I get put on
3. What went well- It was a really busy at night time I was doing 3 things at once and I didn't give up no matter how many drinks I had to make and orders I had to present I worked really hard I got star of the shift .

Evidence 3- Good feedback from a teacher or something that motivates you and when I get given positive feedback it helps me and it gives me more motivation to carry on.

1. Attendance- Since I started college last year I have turned up to all lessons and guest speakers in different buildings and I have only missed 2 College days since I started

2. Behaviour- My behaviour in college is good I have a laugh now and again but when it comes to lessons I behave well.

What would I improve- Not mess about in maths lessons.

3. Deadline dates- Last year with assignments I met all the deadline dates and this year with the assignment I have met all deadline dates so far.

Charity and fundraiser events- In the summer, College had a fundraiser for children in need with different activities. For example, Sponge a teacher, Dunk a teacher etc. I even offered to have my self dunked for charity.

Volunteering- Last year in my first month in college I took part in NCS for 2 weeks and the second week was a charity week for Age UK and we all cleaned out an allotment

College events- College awards evening, For the last two years at college, I've had the opportunity to attend an awards evening, First year I didn't win an award, Second year I won an award for attending every single trip that i got offered to go to

Evidence 1-Tutorial

1-Explain the activity- made a poster about sustainability and recycling and attended a tutorial lesson with a girl called Lucy who works at the college

1-Explain the activity- got bus to the bus station, then walked to college from the bus station

2-what went well- I got some exercise and it also saves fossil fuels

1-Explain the activity- I am trying to reduce the amount of plastic I am using so I have a refillable which I refill 2-3 times a day

2-what went well- this is actually easier than going to shop and buying plastic bottles when I’ve ran out

3-what would you change?- try find a bigger bottle to drink more water

Evidence 1- triggers of stress

I listen to my partners trigger And gave her positive advice back on how she should react to them in a better way

Evidence 2- Supporting people at college

During my time at college, I have given help to my classmates when I've noticed that they are not themselves and just checked up on them and made sure they're okay

Evidence 3- Helped people develop their skills

During my time at college, during activities I have seen people struggle with certain skills during trips etc and I have helped them through it and made them better at the stuff they were struggling with and helped them develop

Evidence 1- Failed my driving test first time and I wanted to give up and do it again but I decided to carry on and it took me 4 attempts to pass but I continued to try.

Evidence 2- I have a Job at Mcdonald's and I have wanted to quit so many times and I have even spoke to Managers about the situation but I have tried really hard to continue there and now I am currently still there and have been for 2 and a half years

Evidence 3- Failed my theory test 5 times, Wanted to give up everytime I failed, but finally managed to pass on the 6th attempt

This is the Amount of Hours and Shifts I do at Mcdonald's a week.

During my shift I always help customers whether it's taking their orders at the till or drive thru, helping customers with complaints and sorting out the complaints.

Also I help my colleagues when struggling

Evidence 2-I have also done some volunteering during college as I helped out with the Graduation Ceremony as a Gatekeeper

Evidence 3- Went on a college trip to New York and visited a prison, This helped me understand what prison officers do as we followed them on their day to day roles. This was good work experience as it gave me an insight to prison life and what they do
