Polyethylene is the most common used plastic in the world because it is used for many different products.
It was made in a factory then put in a shop for sale and the put in the garbage then takes a while to decompose.
Plastic bags if not properly disposed of can harm the environment in many ways. For example if it ended in the ocean it could kill sea animal’s , if left as litter different animals can choke on it and if left as litter it pollutes the air.
We could start picking up litter and stop using a lot of plastic.
I found out that their are different types of plastic.
