         <description><![CDATA[<div>Assalamualaikum and hello.&nbsp;<br>I’m Fie and I’m taking BBA in Human Resource Management.&nbsp;<br>Some of the things I’d like to share is what I like to do during my free time is listen to podcast or doodles random cartoon characters.&nbsp;<br><br>“Sad Birds Still Sing” is a book title from anonymous poet/author called ‘faraway’.&nbsp;<br>It’s a good read and it’s one of my favorite poetry books.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1) To be able to understand and validate other people’s emotions better<br>- when you are listening you are validating the other person.<br>you are allowing them to set the agenda while being able to make people feel your genuine interest. You are not listening to reply, but listening to understand.<br><br>2) To find a sense of belonging&nbsp;<br>- listening attentively with no judgment whatsoever will make people see that they are people out there who actually cared<br><br>3) So that we can stop treating conversations like a competitive sports that we need to win<br>-when you finally decided to talk, it’s important to understand that it’s not about wanting to get your point across and win the debate.&nbsp;<br><br></div>]]></description>
