1. Receiving and Inspection

Seller products arrive at Lazada’s warehouse, where they are inspected and logged into the system.

For small sized products

• Use bubble wrap to wrap the product inside.

• Attach sealing tape and AWB to the defined area of ​​the product.

Lazada reviews the request and checks return eligibility (product condition, reason, time frame).

3. Pickup/Drop-off Process:

Customers either drop off the item at a partner point or wait for courier pickup.

-They check in the goods by scanning codes upon pickup.

Example: A Da Nang electronics store uses Pickup. Lazada collects 50+ orders daily at 2 PM.

3. Why is check-in important?

Check-in:

Items are sorted by delivery area, product type, or delivery partner.

3. Packing and Preparing for Shipping

Orders are repackaged if necessary, labeled with a waybill number, and consolidated into shipments.

a) Drop-off – Seller brings goods to a Lazada station

-Seller packs the order and brings it to a Lazada-designated drop-off point.

-Orders must be checked in by scanning the code using the Seller Center app.

Example: Ms. Hoa sells T-shirts and drops off orders every afternoon, scanning each one to confirm handover.

After Lazada receives the item, it is inspected to ensure it's undamaged and meets return criteria.

5. Refund Processing:

Refund is initiated via original payment method (e-wallet, card, etc.) within 3–7 working days.

6. After-Sales Support:

Customer service helps with warranty claims, replacements, technical support, or complaints.

Goods are transported to regional hubs by truck. Here, the goods are further transported to the final delivery point.

The Role of the Middle Mile

Middle Mile optimizes speed and cost, ensuring faster and more accurate deliveries.

- Compare and cross-check results from different inventory count teams.
- If discrepancies are found, recount to ensure accuracy.

4. Book Reconciliation

- Compare actual counted figures with the accounting records.
- Warehouse managers and accountants must explain any discrepancies.

- Update the records or inventory management software based on verified count results.

6. Inventory Report Documentation

- Prepare a summary report including results, conclusions, and proposed actions.
- Attach signatures of relevant personnel for confirmation.

- Check the payment status (paid or Cash on Delivery).
- Verify that the item is available in inventory.

2. Order Slip Generation

- Generate the order code and print the shipping label.
- The slip includes customer name, item details, address, and tracking number.

3. Picking

- Warehouse staff pick items based on warehouse location layout.
- Apply FIFO (First In First Out) or LIFO if needed.

- Compare the picked items with the order slip.
- Check quantity, barcode, and item condition.

5. Packing
