Describe what we did: We played a game were each team of 4 had to perform a circus skill, but if one were to fail the skill, the team was to be eliminated til a team was to victor
Q2: How did this impact your performance? (pressure / environment / pass v fail) it impacted my team as we were the last one to perform , meaning our performance was enhanced by the motivation to be the only team to win as the pressure of other teams making noises to try and throw us off motivated us more.
Q3: How did 'Types of Feedback' link to this lesson and your performance? (was this constructive, useful feedback??) Positive and Constrution feed back was given as in the moment telling each other to take your time and focus on your wrist movement along with cancelling the distractions out being recived by the other teams, then the positive feed back being things like good focus on your plate spinning and keeping in control.
