It is good to interact with others and to talk to people. Go out with your friends. Maybe a date with someone special. Explore the world for a day, a week, maybe even longer. Locking yourself inside isn't the best thing so we should all go out sometimes. Mostly, we all do. You may hear people say that going out all the time is the " right way to live" and that sticking yourself alone all the time isn't "healthy"

We ALL have the right to be by ourselves for however long we feel necessary. It is perfectly fine and "healthy" to be alone. To not want to talk to people. To be by yourself . There are times when people feel the need to be alone and by themselves. Sometimes someone needs to stay alone maybe because they are happier that way. Maybe because they are having a bad day. No one should ever be judged for being alone. No one should ever have to experience being called a weirdo or strange. The worst part is for what? For what are we calling people names for? They want to be alone with themselves and we begin to judge them. Unfortunately that is how the world is. We cannot change this.

No one should have to sit back and be called an extrovert or an introvert. It doesn't matter whether this person takes it as a complement or not. We always try to get rid of labels. Why do we notice people by their label? Why do we even label people in the first place?

We are all human. Going outside and doing whatever it is that you please to do is great. Staying inside, away from everyone else and living your own life by yourself is perfectly okay. If you go out every night and you never stay inside alone and if you are happy with that then that is fine. If you never leave the house, if you are always by yourself that okay too. These things don't make anyone any different from any other person in the world. There are introverts. There are no extroverts. No one person is any better than the next. We are all just people. We are all our own person. If we aren't then we sure do have the ability to be.

What I'm trying to say is that the benefits of social behavior, well to me, there are no benefits to every person. To some people there are tons. To others there are none. To a few there are one or two. Now, no matter what "type" of person you are. No matter what clothes you wear or food you eat. Where you live even your favorite drink. We are all the same. We are the same because we are human. We will all go out at least once. We will all need some time by ourselves. Social behavior is different in all people. So the benefits of social behavior, it varies. I cannot make something saying what the benefits of social behavior because no one really knows. No one except everyone. However we only know how it affects us. So I can tell you how it affects me.

Sometimes I will go out and be extremely talkative and happy. I wont want to go inside. Sometimes I look at people and if someone asks me to ask some else a question I choke up and I no longer feel the need to be around people. I can't interact with people sometimes. The world becomes jumbled, confusing, and scary. Then the next day I'm ready to take on the world and give a grand speech. Become a writer maybe. So everyone will hear my voice. Sometimes that doesn't happen though. Sometimes I can stay in the state of which I'm an "introvert" for a while. People do this. They do this because its how we are. We are us and us are people.
