A. Chromosomal disorders involving autosomes seem to have the greatest affect on a person's health, since down syndrome seemed to be more dangerous (trisomy 21) than Turner syndrome and others. 
B. Organisms with a Y chromosome in the karyotype means that they are male, and otherwise they would be female. (female in this case, sex: x)
C. Trisomy X: female
D.
