Chromosomal disorders involving autosomes seem to have the greatest affect on a person's health, since down syndrome seemed to be more dangerous (trisomy 21) than Turner syndrome and others.&nbsp;<br>B. Organisms with a Y chromosome in the karyotype means that they are male, and otherwise they would be female. (female in this case, sex: x)<br>C. Trisomy X: female<br>D. Point mutations cannot be identified through karyotyping, in addition one can only see the DNA and not the mRNA and the&nbsp; tRNA which are involved in protein synthesis.(Details cannot be found this way)</div>]]></description>
