         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. It's really challenging!  If we do this "right," we want to show the value that CM adds, and present a carrot (vs. a stick).  Want to measure the real "root" of the purpose of CM.  Consider if we're giving enough support to a certain service, population.<br>2. Be intentional about the varying levels of needs among the people receiving CM.  Risk adjustment--not good or bad, but needs to be considered.<br>3. States: We were pleased with some of the things that states are doing.  Not being super impressed--knowing how we want to go forward, and not go down a certain path.</div>]]></description>
