The Greek Myth of Arachne is a morality Myth about a weaver that was very boastful about her skills and got a punishment because, Arachne got challenged by athena to see who the better weaver was. While Athena made some great art, Arachne made a picture of the gods giving into bad habits, like laziness etc. Athena felt disrespected so Athena gave Arachne the punishment of becoming a spider.

The Native American Story:Possums Tail takes place in early times and Possums had the most beautiful tail of all the animals. possum never stopped bragging about his tail, until his friends tricked him by telling him that a cricket would do a procedure that would make the hair on his tail grow beautiful and overall make his tail much more beautiful than it already was by rapping snake skin over it with a medicine that would kill the hair on his tail. They had a meeting coming up and possum wanted his tail to be beautiful for it. Then the meeting came up and possum unknowingly showed off his tail while it was ugly as a rats tail, so possum rolled over and played dead until they left.
