         <description><![CDATA[<div>Dear Mercedes, <br>how are you my darling? I miss you so much and hope you live the life you dream of in London with a lots of partying and fun and you know what I mean by that. Anyway, I have to tell you about this new diet I'm on right now. It's called "The planetary health diet" and makes you skinny as fuck. Also it's good for Instagram to show how healthy you are. I do it just the same to stay away from unhealthy things, because you know my struggle. I can't have a good diet for three days, I have to pull through and without sharing I can't do that. So how does that works? It's simply about eating right amounts of specific types of food. It's about reducing meat to once or twice a week and that will make a big difference four our environment. It sounds easy but it isn't. But if you join me on this journey, we could support us and we can live the healthy way. Not just for us, it's for the whole world! We can have an effect on climate change, to stop it and we can stay healthy and ready and fresh for the next years and men. Wow okay I know it sounds a lot and that I'm making fun of it. But it's not fun for me, it's really really important to me. I want to live in 2050 and I bet you want that too. So tell everybody about it and we can change something. If all human would live that way, we could feed the world! And that's freaking amazing, isn't it? I would love you to join me and live a healthy and better life, because in 50 years, we will look as great as Marlene Dietrich in her 50's and will get young men like her.          <description><![CDATA[<div>Hey my dear,<br>I hope everything is fine with you during the current situation and your family and yourself are healthy. We haven't heard from each other for a long time, so you can tell me a little bit about what happened to you during that time. <br>I heard about a diet the other day that will save us all from the giant catastrophe yet to come and I've been living with it ever since. <br>It's about simply elimination of a few products from our daily lives and saving the future of the world's population decades from now. One product to reduce is meat, for example. Simply changing our eating habits so that we only eat meat once or twice a week can stop climate change, as well as save wildfire from destruction. It will also protect people from starvation due to lack of food in 2050. I'm so excited about this because it's not a lot to ask but can make a whole lot of a difference. <br>I just wanted to encourage you to give it a try and then maybe stick with it for everyone's future. You know how much of a pain in the ass I can be when motivating others to do something, but the bottom line is that everyone is grateful.<br>That´s why I want to motivate you to give it a try and then follow through. I know that can be hard at first because we are used to living like this. But as they say, it's hard to get started and knowing you, you're just the right person for it because you have the willpower to get started and stick with it despite the difficulties. And if you are then successful, like me, with this diet, we can both manage to help even more of our mutual circle of friends to this diet and motivate them for it, because it is a very big concern for me to save the world for our children and they children. <br>Phew, that was a lot of talking on my part. I would be more than happy to hear on the one hand your view on the diet and on the other hand stories from your everyday life and what has changed.          <description><![CDATA[<div>Dear Brynhilde,<br>We haven't talked in ages! How have you been? I have a lot to tell, but let<br>I want to tell you something about my new life. I started the planatary health diet and am feeling way better than befor. Not only physically but also my mind seems to feel better these days.<br>The planatary health diet is simply about eating right amounts of specific types of food. And it's not that hard! Even though north america reached nearly 650% with red meat... it's shocking, right? But just reducing meat to once or twice a week would make a big difference four our environment. It would combat climate change, it would reduce the destruction of wildlife, there would be less pollution and and and.<br>But most importantly, if we all (I mean every human being on earth) would start eating only the needed amount of food, significantly less people would have to suffer from malnutrition! By 2050 we would have enough food for everybody!<br>Right now, red meat is really overeaten on our plane, but there are obviously some kinds of food that are eaten less. For example fruits and vegetables. How can you not eat them every day? It's not only good for you body, but also for our environment.<br>Of course there were some hard times. I had a hard time changing from having meat nearly everyday to twice a week. But! I felt so much better. And just between us... I had more money left at the end of the days and it made me happy.
