Andrew (Activator): In order for change to take place, a member of the team whose strength is influencing is imperative. Activators are known to be fire starters and those who take on new projects with no fear. Often when technology is involved, there is hesitancy and Andrew will be paramount to ensure those that are apprehensive of this project see the benefits of the innovation.
2. David (Deliberative): Though we live in the age of technology and so many of our interventions and diagnostics rely on technology, there is still many barriers to implementing into the healthcare setting. David would be needed on this team to anticipate the obstacles that we will face so we can ensure those perceived barriers are addressed during the presentation of this project.
3. Carols (Context): Though this innovation is not currently used, Carol will help the team in learning from past and focusing not repeating mistakes from previous implementations. Her strength in researching the past so that we know how the present will come is going to be integral on this team with this project.  
4. Chloe (Competition): Chloe will present the tenacity and drive this team needs to be successful. Her drive to win will be infectious and will carry this team when it seems the barriers outweigh the successes.  
5. Angelica (Analytical): Angelica will ensure that all aspects of the project is identified. She has the ability to and is comfortable with addressing the reasons and cause. Someone that can analyze the situation at hand will assist the team and project in strategic planning and developing all steps that will need to be taken from planning to implementation.

Nursing is know for expanding roles and in some critical areas, nurses are already trained to utilize the ultrasound to insert peripheral intravenous catheters, so why not utilize a handheld ultrasound to further their assessment skills? 

The profession of nursing is adaptable and transformative in many ways. Utilizing a device that can help them take a deeper dive into their patient assessments to better advocate to their providers has the potential to improve patient outcomes.
