How have you been? To be honest, I'm a bit confused. Actually, I feel cheerful and everything is alright in my life. But, you know, I usually tend to be undecided and I've been doing so for 2 or 3 days.

I'm writing this email to get your advice about an issue. I’m still working for a company which constructS buildings in Istanbul as a Civil Engineer. On Sunday, I have got a job offer from a construction company in Russia. They promise to provide a higher salary than I've gained in my current job and propose fringe benefits such as Russian courses. Moreover, they commit to take on the

process about work permission. Thus, I don't need to give effort for getting

a work permit and I will get a chance to immigrate.

However, as you know, Russia waged war on Ukraine. As a consequence of that, it turned into an isolated country both politically and economically. Also, the government in Russia had declared partial mobilization around the nation owing to war casualties. I have no idea whether attending the mobilization will be a must or not for people who are only working there.

In that case, what would you do if you were me? If I move out, I will have better job conditions like salary and learning opportunities. On the other hand, it looks like a risky option to me.

What do you think, do you have any suggestions for me?

How’s it going? Actually, I feel anxious but I hope you’re okay. I got promoted at my job and I’m going to move to another country. I know, get a promotion is a really good thing but moving a another country? I don’t know. 

I want to get your advice on something; Like I said, I have to move to another country, to Canada for my job and I’m really nervous because of this. As you know I live with my parents in Istanbul and it is very comfy for me. When I come home from work, my mom prepare meal for me and I don’t need to do the houseworks because there is someone who does this for me. But when I move to a new country, to new home without my parents I really don’t know what to do because I’m really bussy to do these things because of my work. 

And I just want your advice for one more thing; How will I get used to moving to a new country? You had done this before. How did you met people and be friends with them? How did you learn places you never knew before? I feel strained for this situations.  

Maybe moving out is not a bad thing as I think. It can be fun to make new friends and discover new places. And maybe living away from my family can make me feel as an individual, as an adult. 

So what you think? Please give me your advice to my issues. I don’t know why I feel so nervous about this but I need relaxation and your opinion to make a proper decision.

How are you doing? I hope you are doing well, I feel a little bit sad because of your last world cup match, but there is nothing to worry about. I am getting better every day. I am rewatching your skills videos for recovery. It helps me a lot.

I need your help about football, my shots are really bad, i mean inside the penalty area they are not bad at all however outside the penalty area  they are awful so i always try to get in penalty area sometimes i lost the ball and i get my teammates in trouble and i do not know what to do about this situation. occasionally i have a hard time making the right decision and i act in a rush as a result it costs the team dearly. I was once humiliated by my teammates. 

Whereas, some of my teammates do not mind it and they shot from everywhere as they want. They are better than me, so i want to be like them be like you i want  to shot from everywhere as i want thus i do not have to act in rush and i can score goal easily with this i will able to do more thing at football

So what should I do? should i practise long shots or should I continue like now? If I continue like this I will always be a gamemaker but if I learn long distance shots I will be an absolute football player. I really need help on this. Please help me.

How are you? I’m doing okay. As you know, I’m living in Istanbul currently. I’m trying to explore the city and it’s so lively.

Everything is fine but there is something that I want to share with you. I can use some advice. I told you that I was working in a cafe near the campus and it’s a great place. I get paid regularly for the work I’ve been doing there. My boss and colleagues are nice people. Cafe is near the campus so it’s so easy to go to work. Therefore, there are no excuses for laziness. But lately, I’ve found an internship at a new start-up company.

Actually, I just saw the announcement about this internship yesterday and last day of application is tomorrow. I’m so confused. If I get this internship I won’t get paid for 3 months but at the same time it’s a great opportunity to improve my skills in my department’s field. I can meet new people and get network there. 

However, the money issue is important for me nowadays. So help me Mary, should I choose the internship without money at least for 3 months or the regular, basic work which keeps me get paid.

I’m looking forward for your answer because dead line for the internship is tomorrow.

  How are you doing? I hope you are well. If you ask me, as you know i have moved from my flat to a new house recently and i am very happy right now. Plus, my neighbours are quiet friendly and also helpful so we already became friends.

   However, there is one idea in may head  that have bothered me for a long time so i could really use your point of view on that. I am currently the CEO of the company i work for and i get along so well with my colleagues even though i am their boss. I love that wormth and sincirety at my work place. Also, my salary is way more than enough for me, which is a big advantage too.

     Despite of all the benefits, i am thinking about quiting my position. Because what i do doesn’t satisfy me anymore. I would like to do a job which i can use my creative side more actively. Since i always wanted to be a photographer, my incomig career path is already set. Maybe i will earn less and my life will be more unstabile but I believe if i follow that path i will be happier more than ever.

     So what do you think shoud i do? Everyone  thinks that i am crazy so i decided to ask your opinion. Should i stay where i am and live an ordinary life or take a risk and follow my dreams. I am counting on your judgment.
