The past six (almost seven) years at WYWLA have shaped me for the better. Writing this, I can't really pick out one teacher that I want to thank, because I am so grateful for each and every one of you. I have been so blessed to have an amazing time at WYWLA, and if it wasn't for your teaching, I wouldn't be where I am today. Because of your guidance, mentorship, flexibility, and thoughtful letters of recommendation, I have been accepted (and am going) to ECU as a Chancellor's Fellow (in the Honors College), as well as a recipient of the James and Connie Maynard Scholarship! Thank you so much for always telling us your life stories. Not only are you getting us super Einstein ready for math, but also for life. Thank you so much for helping me be confident and showing me that mistakes are okay. Math is still difficult sometimes, but it's great to do math with a supportive and fun teacher cheering you on no matter what. I cannot begin to describe how thankful I am for everything that you have done to be an understanding and supportive teacher.
