Knowledge- Had previous knowledge carried forward from school but added lots of new knowledge and information.

Could use questioning myself on the theories and factors with each topic to link the name of the theory with what it suggests and how they are used in different scenarios.

Knowledge- bring some knowledge from school but expanding it alot further with adding the theories and detail behind each factor and area.

Behaviours-  engaged and concentrating in lessons to take in all information. My understanding of others helps me to be able to work with a variety of people and know what they require from me.

Knowledge- population groups and needs of other people for example different ways that different types of people learn and how they react to varies types of communication.
