I am Gurinderveer Singh Brar I consider myself to be a person of integrity, diligence, and determination which naturally makes me better in some areas of life, i believe that I am a natural entrepreneur my friends told me I am completely going to find my way around establishing something of my own.

My LinkedIn portfolio goes with my name mentioned it shows my interest, experiences, and education, moreover, I have posted specifically relevant content about me on YouTube as a blogger for a better understanding.

Essentially I am working hard on my job in a warehouse while studying commerce turning myself into a complete business person over time and eventually I hope to realize my desire of being an entrepreneur.

As I mentioned I have entrepreneurship as my second nature so whatever I do I am going to establish my own thing in that field, my field is finance, and I love being accountable for my financial position even when I talk with my family most of the time I am talking about investing and financing.

I see myself as a financial manager after 5 years because by then I would have completed my studies and gotten relevant work experience in the business world.

The importance of communication skills.

In the field of Finance, communication is essential, finance mainly involves accounting which is the process of collecting, summarizing, interpreting, and communicating the relevant financial information to the interested users.

Communication has a specific principle in finance that is communication should be faithful without any errors.

Communication happens on a daily basis in any field but I see communication being revealed in its prime in finance.

Hence, having great communication skills in finance is very important to succeed.

Dealing with difficult people.

coming across difficult people in the business world is normal but how to deal with them remains a question, well, the first thing in consideration when dealing with a difficult person should be one's calm, and composure, and Avoiding reacting emotionally or engaging in arguments.

Secondly, Actively listen to the person’s concerns or grievances without interrupting Use clear and assertive communication to express your own thoughts and boundaries.

Finally, Shift the conversation towards finding solutions rather than dwelling on the problem, After the situation is resolved, reflect on what you’ve learned from the experience.

What have i learned from today's lecture.

Honestly, I have learned a lot of things from today's lecture but some of the things I feel are going to help me grow in the field are these-

While being Interviewed stick to yourself do not mention anything out of intimidation.

Collect relevant information about the company's work culture before joining to adapt accordingly.

Put emphasis on work experience and education qualifications.
