         <description><![CDATA[<div>Biomass is considered a renewable resource because trees and plants can be replanted but it does create carbon emissions when burned. But as long as the organic material that is being burned is also being replanted then emissions will always be considerably less than fossil fuels, almost zero. </div>]]></description>
