Day 1 of training went good. Focusing on the lowest teks made it more meaningful. 
I learned how to better use ELPS

I learned that our students scored low on vocabulary and multiple words meaning accross grade levels. 
I learned how to break down a TEKS to find key elements.
I learned how to incorporate when unpacking the TEKS

ELPS books

I received clarification and now I am ready for tomorrow. 
Planning together using coaching circles. 
I am new to the grade level so working with others will really benefit me  
I had all the resources I needed. ✔️
Further support would be to align our scope and sequence, MAP, SIM data, TEKS and ELPS👍🏼
