         <description><![CDATA[<div>Connects the spinal cord to the brain and decides which signals are passed to the cerebrum and the cerebellum from the spinal cord , the cerebrum and the cerebellum processes the signals from the spinal cord and handles learning and memory, reticular formation also works with the thalamus which routes some of the signals that come in from the reticular formation to other parts of the Brian.</div>]]></description>
