Outsourcing is where a company employs another company to do something within their company. This could be a job that they have no qualified technicians for or are unable to do their job them self.
Examples of outsourcing would be:
- Electrician - This is because most home owners and companies are unable to do their own electrical work as they are not qualified.
- Plumber - Again most companies would not have a qualified plumber so would have to outsource them to do the job that is needed.
- Call Center - Most companies will not have the space for call centers so they will use an outsourced call center to handle all of their calls that will be incoming.
- Graphic Design - For the production of logos you could employ someone to design your logo, you would outsource this because you would not need them to do this job constantly and so will not need for them to be there for designing the logo once finished can stop paying them.

Outsourcing is where a company gets a outside man or woman into do a specific job. This is because when they get these people in they can do a better job and a quicker job than people who they have already employed.
Benefits:
-There are lots of people out there who you can employ over a short term contract as long as they are doing there job.
-They are expendable, this means that if they start becoming demanding and rood then you can replace them.
- You wont have to pay as much when you employ them meaning it is cheap employment for good work.
Disadvantages:
-If you use your own staff to do that specific job then when, something comes up and they are not around to sort it out then it leaves you without the seficiant staff.
- You are trusting random people in having access to your servers and having access to your internet they could upload viruses to your network.
