All educators I have gotten to meet are really attentive and can express the subject thoroughly and professionally. This is something I admire because I haven't built the necessary skills to communicate effectively or be able to teach a subject without messing up. As for what I don't like, is when professors or teachers have a lack of empathy when students do not seem to understand the lessons.

I have always been interested in working with the youth, particularly elementary skills as it is the basis on developing children's educational assets. Although I work in customer service and work fairly well, it's different when it comes down to educational settings where I have to present infront of professors and classmates. I tend to stutter and forget my presentation which is something I've been working on since a freshman. I believe that my job is helping me build on those skills as I work with clients and my team as well. However, it is stressful and sometimes I stress myself out with customer complaints. I need to emphasize on my patience skill a bit more.
