Congratulations! You’ve Made It to stage 3. Now, you must solve a murder mystery using all the clues you have gathered from the previous stages. 

 

Tina was found dead on the 23^rd of December 2005 in a restaurant. She was having a night of celebration with her two co-workers, Abe and Jessica when suddenly she choked to death after making a toast. The investigation was initiated and poison was found in her drink. The odd thing is, the poison was also found in the drinks of Abe’s and Jessica’s but neither of them suffers the same fate as Tina. The suspects stated that all of them pour from the same bottle, and the celebration was held for Tina’s promotion. The celebration, however, was planned by Abe, her co-worker, and lover. Jessica, her best friend, was the one who bought the drink that was believed to be the cause of Tina’s death. The two claimed to be innocent as both of their drink were also poisoned and they believed that this was a homicide attempt.

Inspector 1- Anis: Assalamualaikum and very good morning everyone. As you all may know, our country has been shaken by the recent homicide case which involved poisoning. Standing here, I will uncover the truth behind this mystery crime. Before I go any further, I welcome reporters to ask me and my team a few questions.

REPORTER TVN: Hi, my name is Sarah from TVN. I will jump straight into the questions. WHO IS THE KILLER?

 
Inspector 2- Mimi: This has become a real shocking even to us. The killers are Jessica, Tina's best friend and co-worker, and Abe who is Tina's lover.

REPORTER JTBC: Why did you say so? What is their motive?

Inspector 3- Julita: From our investigation, their motive is clearly based on jealousy. Both of them held a grudge against Tina. From Abe's diary, we can see that Abe is suspicious of Tina's behaviour. He thinks that Tina is cheating on him with another man. He saw Tina's munching ice. Munching a piece of ice is a term used to describe sexual frustration. For Jessica, in her diary, she stated that " I am starting to regret my choices. Why do I even offer her the job in the first place. I’ve been busting my spine for that promotion for years, yet she came and sweep it off from my hand. Since she was a child, never once she played fair. She disgusts me, yet, she still is my best friend. 
I see him checking out her workplace in secrecy from time to time. Perhaps, this might be a chance for me to reclaim what is mine." Apparently, Tina is having a scandal with their boss.

Inspector 4- Ezzati: And Jessica is jealous of Tina. First, because of the promotions and she wants to reclaim her position and her man. 

REPORTER SBS: What are the evidence that the two of them poisoned Tina?

Inspector 5- Asha: Abe has complotted the homicide with Jessica. Jessica told Abe about Tina's scandal and Abe was very furious that he could not think straight. They put the poison in the drink but both of them did not drink it. 

Inspector 6- Balqis: That is the end of our press con. Any further notice will be enclosed to the public. The case is closed.
