An examples of a underlying health problem is Anorexia nervosa, this eating disorder can lead to malnutrition and cause the hair to become brittle and dry.<br>More examples of cause;<br>*Heat damage<br>*lack of deep condition<br>*Excessive shampooing <br>*Sun damage <br>*Chlorine damage from pools<br><br>Service/products recommended to help;<br>*Deep conditioning masks<br>*Condition with olive oil <br>*Get a trim. If your hair is too dry, it might need a reset in the form of a fresh cut. <br>*Take vitamins<br>*Avoid washing your hair every day<br><br>What does it look like?<br><br><br><br></div>]]></description>

If your hair is extremely damaged it would have cracked the cuticle which can make the hair fall out. It can look frizzy and difficult to manage. You can improve it by getting better shampoo which focus on repairing your hair.</div>]]></description>
