I thought this TedTalk was very interesting. The guy talked about how many people only mention the problems of rural communities but he emphasized there are solutions for the problems. The three solutions he mentioned were prioritize, empower, and incentivize

I think with rural education there are fewer resources for schools and how these types of issues can impact the way students learn without the necessary support
