Though Koichi is Josukes friend he doesn’t have a big impact in the story, he's just along for the ride. Though at some points hes a valuable member to the team and is very much needed.

Rohan doesn’t really like Josuke or his friends but hes not a villain. Rohan himself also has powers he possesses along with the other characters on this list. He helps everyone out along the way.
