Till then paste the flowers one upon other as shown in the picture

Step 4: till flowers and cardboard get dried, make sticks out of newspaper, by rolling and sticking

Step 5: cut the end part of the stick by scissors and paste it to the flowers from lower side and let it dry

Step 6: with thw help of fevicol paste them on cardboard, all the flowers on it as shown below 

Step 7(optional): you can sprinkle glitter or can do any kind of decoration as you like.

5) To  make  Lord  Rama ,  be ready with the upper and lower body cut outs . 
6) for the upper body cut out a rectangular shape of 5 cm , long fold That from both the corners 
7) for the lower body , make a dhoti of any red/orange/yellow colour . 
From a black sheet cut of Hair .
8) Reassemble  all , and paste , and Lord  Rama is ready .
9) To make it look more natural , colourful and attractive draw/make  hair and other accessories .
Here , I made a garland/ flower Mala on both head and Neck , MOTI on both hands , and a Dhanusha . ( this is optional )

Steps for making wall hanging-
•Take one egg tray colour the lower part(circle) with yellow colour rest part with green colour.
•After that colour the tip of the row with white paint colour. Cut extra part of the tray and give finishing to it.
•Take one colourful sheet ,draw a flower n cut it into proper shape and paste them on the corners of the tray.
