         <description><![CDATA[<div>Problem description:<br>As a teacher, Janne does not have any appropriate training about new national curriculum application<br><br>Solution:<br>Janne should be fired! :)<br>More seriously, teachers should be trained before a new curriculum is implemented.  <br>Concretely, Janne could provide an individual test first, then ask pupils to work in a collaborative way on the same questions  and finally ask them to retake the test individually.<br><br><br><br></div>]]></description>
