We feel as though our students are definitely growing in confidence and making progress towards academics. Our students struggle more with stamina.

Across the board - I think our team collaborates well to how we should shift strategies or schedules to meet the students needs. For example, a behavior student may get academics in a different sped teachers room. The change in environment has been successful.

Shifting the ownership of the IEP goals to the student - they can monitor their own progress and growth across the year in partnership with us. Taking the time to sit with them and celebrate their growth could increase their motivation to keep working toward their goal and grow off their own success.
