2.Why? ; 'How to relieve stress' is one of my interests. Recently, I was so stressed out and didn't know what to do. After watching this video, I realized that doing nothing is a really good way to be relaxed.  

3. Comment:Thanks for the insightful talk. I realized that people can be more productive by doing nothing. Sometimes I do nothing when it is hard to organize my thoughts. there is a moment that everything is so messed up in my life. but I always try to think of myself it's going to be alright. Hope people who are in a very difficult situation take a look at this talk.

 Why good leaders make you feel safe

2. why? : 
I saw this video when I was 15 years old and I was so impressed at the moment. So, with this good memory, I wanted to listen it again in a more mature way of understanding.

3. My comment:
The concept 'leadership' the presenter defined was very unique. He said leader is not authority leadership is a choice, not a rank. This simple definition made a big strike in my head in that it was very different from my definition that authority and rank was thought to be all thing of leadership.

4. short brief:
There are many people who care for others as sacrificing their own lives. When asked why they did so, they firmly said "Because they would do so, when I'm in danger" This trust makes a company safe and leads to success. Looking around, there are employees who are afraid of firing all the time which ultimately leads to consumer's dissatisfaction. The presenter argues that an office should be an ideal place for safe with trust and cooperation. Also, leaders do not sacrifice their employees for number(money), but sacrifice number for employees. That's what the leaders must guarantee to their subordinates.

5. Favorite part :
Leadership is not authority. That means leadership is not just a simple act of commanding. True leadership is produced when the leader takes the initiative step by himself. As, the leaders takes the risk and danger first, true trust of its subordinate springs out and they sacrifice themselves to leader. I thought leader is a  person who is giving a proper command to its subordinate with novel thinking. However, I changed my attitude toward a productive and respectful leader who always thinks of the well-being of its employees first.

Because the title attract me and I am also interested in human feeling.


3. My comment : 
The most impressive speech in my life and I'll always keep in my mind that we must be owner of our emotion as you said. Even if there would come feeling that distress me, now I'm ready to deal with it.

4. This speech is about how we accept our emotion. It emphasize that we are the owner of our emotion. So, we shouldn't be dominated by our bad emotion. And when we encounter "bad feelings", we should label on accurately what kind of bad feeling 
we feel instead of just regarding it as simply "bad". And it also emphasize that when we feel negative feelings, we should accept them as it is, instead of lying to yourself.

5. Favorite part : Life's beauty is inseparable from its fragility.

6. When you feel bad feelings, how do you cope with them? and when you feel bad feeling and about how  you cope with it, aren't you just willing to consider it as positive?

It was scary that we might be being watched while we do not know. This lecture help me to know about Stalkerware. It was very interesting.

Stalkerware may be installed in our devices while we do not know, and the seller of it is not aware that it can hurt the victim.

5. What was your favorite part? 

It was impressive that Eva Galperin said she would help to establish a colition against Stalkerware and that she would tell audiences that she had solved the Stalkerware when she came back next year.

2. Why?,  I want to be a management consultant. I was curious about Elon Musk who is trying to innovate and about the future he dreams of.
3. comment: his ideas of making many narrow tunnels to solve the traffic jam is amazing.  Lead a new world.
4. The video is about the thoughts of SpaceX and Tesla CEO Elon Musk. As a means of resolving traffic jams, Elon Musk suggests a way to drive at speeds of up to 200 kilometers by drilling a narrow tunnel beneath the road. 
 Also, he presents the steps that self-driving cars should take as. He emphasized camera recognition technology rather than Gps in order for real self-driving cars to drive like humans.

5. favorite part: I. I'm impressed with what he said was building a tunnel to get rid of traffic jams. Because what he used to say in the past was ridiculed as nihilistic has now become the most notable industry.
As a management consultant, I want to know how to look into the future and innovate, and I want to be a person who invests in new values.

What was your comment on this?
I wonder about the future of this machine. I hope there will be further development of this machine, also I hope it will be introduced to korea.

Explain about the talk briefly
If the electricity is cut off during surgery, the lights, oxygen, and respiratory anesthesia equipment will stop working, resulting in a tragic situation. An anesthetic machine will help save lives.

What was your favorite part?
"This equipment is cheap. It's about one eight the price of the normal machine. I mentioned earlier. In other words, this device makes it possible to operate and save lives."

6. It's all reflexes that something unsavory happens in the course of course. So the device will be more necessary and will be able to contribute to the development of the medical and mechanical engineering fields.
