Fine needle aspiration can be employed  to obtain sterile urine for conducting culture and sensitivity. If urine sample is not available a complete blood count can be taken to identify any possible chance of infection. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1: My most likely diagnoses would be urinary tract infection or urolithiasis<br>2: I would do an ultrasound to check if i can see any kidney stones or abnormalities in the urinary tract. I would also ask for a blood count to see if there are any signs of infection. I would treat the animal with an antibiotic which is generally effective for the most common bacteria causing UTIs in guinea pigs.</div>]]></description>
