The condition can be urolithiasis or urinary tract infections.
Conduct an ultrasound scanning to identify any changes in bladder wall and to detect the presence of stones. Fine needle aspiration can be employed to obtain sterile urine for conducting culture and sensitivity. If urine sample is not available a complete blood count can be taken to identify any possible chance of infection.

1: My most likely diagnoses would be urinary tract infection or urolithiasis
2: I would do an ultrasound to check if i can see any kidney stones or abnormalities in the urinary tract. I would also ask for a blood count to see if there are any signs of infection. I would treat the animal with an antibiotic which is generally effective for the most common bacteria causing UTIs in guinea pigs.

May be UTI.

Could be a UTI or kidney infection, treat with first line antibiotics and try to get a culture for testing and sensitivity. Then adjust drugs when culture and sensitivity comes back.

I would tent

A urinal tract infection would be the most likely diagnosis due to the discomfort/pain of the urethra. Could be given a very small level of antibiotics for a short period to evaluate results.

In small mammals, especially guinea pigs and rabbits, the most common cause of persistent, worsening dysuria is Urolithiasis.

Due to the following

Calcium Excretion: Unlike humans or dogs, guinea pigs absorb almost all the calcium they eat and excrete the excess through their urine. This makes their urine naturally "alkaline" and prone to forming calcium carbonate crystals

Check for urolithiasis, do USG if available. Obtain feeding history - look for Ca rich diet
