3) Emilia doesn’t know about Iago’s plan, so for Iago to like Emilia more she does it not knowing why he wants it but it's for a reason that he has. 
4) Iago offers Desdemona’s handkerchief which was his first gift from Othello to Desdemona, that Iago has placed in Cassio’s room and tells him that he found it there and that Desdemona keeps talking about getting Cassio’s job back.

Ans: She does his because her husband has asked her to steal it many times.
