When they are near water, they will find a lot of plants and animals but if they are somewhere where there is not a lot of water then there will not be that many animals and plants.

The explores did not get a lot of help from the aboriginals which are probably the reason that they were not able to finish what they started. they might have encountered hot dry climates scarce of water and crazy weather hot during the day and cold during the night.
with small amounts of wild life here or there. their would be many beautiful places and also some weird looking ones.

the explorers were not prepared enough and needed to trust the aboriginals to give them food and water and other needs.

they also should have been more prepared and brought more food and water than they need to last them the whole trip.

Arid conditions would of made it hard to concentrate and they would easily get dehydrated.
I think that they would also see desert bushes, tumble weed and dried out  trees. The lakes would give them a good opportunity to refill their supplies.The animals which they would encounter would give them a shock because they had just come from England and would've never seen them before.

I think that some would of died of scurvey because of the lack of fresh supplies. They might of also died because of the sudden change at night, hot to cold. This would give them a shock. Poisonous snakes and animals could also kill them. 

The people who got fired because of doing bad things.

I would eat berries i would feel shocked if the Aboriginals helped us because if I was an Aboriginal I would not help because my friend was shot!!!

It would be hot and dry and I would have to wear shorts and tied up long sleeves but, if they had swimmers back then like a bikini!!!

I would find a lot of wildlife like wombats, Kangaroos and Koalas!! Maybe I could ride on the Kangaroos back if she or he would let me!!
