You should never give up and think you can't or quit. That's not the way to look about things, there's aways positive to look at in dreadful situations. If you look at something and say you can't your mind will follow that and it will be more complex for you to achieve. At all ages you will face some sort of challenge and if you pay attention to the downside it will be more complicated to fix up then being happy and 
having a good attitude about everything. You can push through and get through tough times.
