Is it possible to evaluate student in developing country as the same instrumental of that student of advanced country?<br><br>No, it is not possible because a developing country may have a different language proficiency as compared to that of an advanced country.<br><br>2. Different language has its own difficulty on scale.<br><br>Yes, because not all languages are the same. The difficulty of English language is not the same as Mandarin due to their own unique differences for example, the alphabets or the phonological utterances.<br><br>3. Each learner will have different ability to learn language.<br><br>Yes, because everybody have a different way of learning things. Some students who are considered as 'gifted' might not need to put extra effort in learning but those with difficulties for example, those who are diagnosed by dyslexic will have to put in extra effort in learning.<br><br>4. CA does not require the whole test to be based on its findings, but perhaps between a quarter and a third of the items should be contrastively motivated.<br><br>It is impossible to analyze the whole findings according to the CA due to the many features of a language that the CA does not cover. </div>]]></description>
