To the sunshine when I walked out at 7am

I’m excited to purchase their local coffee roast home

Such a treat to finish it with the grilled plantains topped with a little cheese.

The horchata latte was not as creamy as it was advertised

But the lemon thyme gluten free muffin was a sweet surprise of goodness.

My curiosity led my conversation with Eric

He recommended places for me to explore

I also enjoyed talking to the ladies that shared she loves it here and is praying for her family in Washington – not sure when Mt. Rainier will erupt.

My day has been so full of experiences I hope to never forget

Whom I took pictures for and will send them the email. I did not ask for their phone because I want them to keep their privacy. Roger had suggested them to go visit the Cross and it was their first time at the historical site they been to Santa Fe although they traveled her before and love it

I was so excited to tour La Fonda because of Ellen from the gift shop.

Timing was miscommunicated, the guide started at 4:30 instead of 5:00

In a way it became an incredible opportunity

I got a glimpse of La Fonda

I learned about L and her beautiful 20 year friendship with S. I love listening to the history of their friendship, hearing their laughter and smiles when they shared their stories together – how they met, how they presented together. 

Meeting the palliative telehealth lead, psych social worker
She’s expanding her licensure and presenting at the conference about expanding palliative care in rural areas. Her company is expanding in Texas.

I learned from her California is a bitch for licensing, Montana is easy. I’m curious about Oregon and Texas or perhaps Alaska. What about Idaho or even Hawaii.

I met the awesome social worker from Seattle who works for Everett Clinic, her experience in Snohomish county in community and now back to direct clinician practice at Optum

I also met one from Nebraska and New York

So much info during happy hour

I’m afraid I’m going to forget the rich information

I may forget what people say and do but people remember how you make them feel.

I want to continue building positive experiences and connections.

Be respectful, ask for people’s name, what are there favorites, what do they enjoy, what makes them stand out, what’s important to them, what do they value

Reflecting in poetry style is really nice

I don’t have to be perfect

It’s an art form

I can fill in lines to my hearts desire without judgement
