She has trouble readjusting back to her old life. She meets a boy who is troubled he makes her feel alive way more than any drug.

I loved this book i love how it doesn't have a happy ending but i hate how they portray the protagonist .

by Jenny Han

Many high school and college students would say that they live for the summer, but 15-year-old Isabel (nicknamed Belly) really means it. As long as she can remember, she, her mother and her older brother Steven have spent the summer on the beach with her mother's best friend, Susanna, and Susanna's two sons.

I love how this book shows the aspect of a teen hitting puberty and all the new attention they get . I love how its shows the struggle of young love . It shows how much of a big impact a summer can have on adolescence .The ending surprise me but i still loved it . I can for sure say this is one of my top favorite books .

The Fill-In Boyfriend

by Kasie West
When Gia Montgomery's boyfriend, Bradley, dumps her in the parking lot of her high school prom, she decides to do the unthinkable…convince the cute guy waiting to pick up his sister to pretend to be her boyfriend for the night. The task is simple: two hours, zero commitment, a few white lies.

The problem is that days after prom, she can't stop thinking about her fill-in boyfriend. But can Gia turn her fake boyfriend into a real one without exposing her lie and possibly destroying her friendships and her newfound relationship?

I loved this book so much! I love how it starts exciting and right in the action. I felt so badly for Gia multiple times. She didn't deserve to be treated so badly by Drew or Jules. She made a mistake and lied to her friends. I feel they made it so much bigger than it really was, I mean her supposed BFF didn't believe her about Jules being out to get her so I can understand where Gia was coming from. I've read a couple other Kasie West books but this is definitely my favorite so far!
