Yes, I have accomplished this by... different types of leadership practices, in addition to developing integrity and learning the transparency and skills of a good guide. But what surprised me is how sometimes we fail to see that leadership in ourselves.

These methodologies help an organization to have better control and management of activities, guided by someone who directs to reach a common objective. For example, on park day, with the help of the high-performance team methodology, different activities were carried out that helped to understand more and create that bond as an important part of a team.

Through this quarter, I've gained a deeper understanding of how to develop and lead organizations through ethical leadership, employing a systemic approach to drive strategic objectives. I've developed a strong foundation in leadership principles, and I'm confident in my ability to apply them in real-world scenarios, driving positive change and achieving organizational success.

I hd not realized how complicated forming and leading a team would be due to the diverse factors that us as future managers need to take into account to do so, such as team’s abilities and diversity among them, different opinions and communication, the key concept of this. When there is no communication and connection in a team not many objectives can be met as desired, there is verbal and non-verbal communication and even though we have several ways to communicate our opinions or concerns, we don’t do it because of being afraid of being scolded or not taken into consideration:(

Now I am confident that I have got the skills to accomplish a task with those characteristics, characteristics that a high-performance team member have to have.

From now on I will not be able to work the way I used to work, now, everything will be easier with the skills I acquired.

Apart from this we were analyzing different types of communication and as always everything whether verbal or non-verbal communicates. We always transmit some message and we also receive messages and information from others all the time.

I applied a mindset in which I did not only see for my individual growth, but also to my collaborations with classmates and teachers, always trying to contribute to a productive and supportive learning environment.

This experience has helped me recognize that ethical leadership, mixed with a focus on systemic thinking, is essential for achieving long-term strategic objectives and maintaining trust within any organization.

This subject has helped me to focus on clear goals and find better ways to achieve them. This experience has also taught me how to make decisions that benefit everyone involved, and I feel more confident about using these skills to guide others successfully.

Into improving my relationship with my group as a whole.

I delivered most home works in time and form, and I consider that I understood quite well the topics

Tho I must mention that i did organized my Times and scheduled future appointments to avoid having any more absences from this class.

This experience has helped me grow as a leader and prepared me to address challenges while focusing on collective success, and not just on my personal.

Lastly, being a leader requires someone capable of ignoring what critics and people with low life ambition might say as they will often be seen as the villains in a story. Just as Rosallyn Carter once said "A leader takes people where they want to go. A great leader takes people where they don't necessarily want to go, but ought to be."

I am to keep this knowledge with me for as long as life allows me to create a path for those who wander in the darkness in search of a way to put themselves together again and apply it to create high-quality people who will lead high-performance organizations.

Yes, I accomplished understanding how to develop and lead organizations or group works with ethical leadership. I learned that being fair and honest is important for guiding others. A systemic approach means looking at the whole picture and working together to achieve goals. I now know how to make better decisions that help everyone and align with the organization’s values.
