         <description><![CDATA[<div>It's focusing your teaching that makes the difference- not necessarily having a bunch of stuff up  (objectives, etc.)<br><br>True, but having that stuff can help with teacher clarity if used correctly.<br><br>I agree, I like having some things up to help remind me of where I am going.</div>]]></description>

         <title>I like where it said that time is being spent plastering on walls with learning intentions and mastery ladders.  Many teachers are doing it for the sake of doing it, but aren&#39;t focusing them on their teaching.  It won&#39;t help if you don&#39;t apply it to your teaching. :)</title>
