Ik ben zeer bewust van mezelf en ik ben zeer goed in het communiceren met onbekende mensen. Maar ik heb tijdens het project soms wel stress gehad om te beginnen praten met mijn andere klasgenoten omdat ik dacht dat ze niet met mij wouden praten. 
(Fase 2)
Ik probeer de situatie te veranderen door alternatieven te ontwikkelen die te maken hebben met het beheersen van het minder praten. Ik probeer ook soms 2 keer na te denken voor ik aan een verhaal begin. Ik wou praten en die drang om te praten was zo groot, dat het zeer moeilijk was om mijn verhaal bij mezelf te houden. Dit ging onder meer dat de verschillende onderzoeksvakken opgedeeld worden onder verschillende termen zoals: Bèta-wetenschappen, Taalkunde, Gezondheid,… Ook hebben we een aantal praktische zaken besproken zoals de lampen in de refter (die te laag hangen), de afwezigheid van de refter-verantwoordelijke en de aanbieding van broodjes en allerhande middageten. Het was een zeer interessante sessie met de mogelijkheid op inspraak.

Reflectie: 
Deze soort stuurgroep-vergaderingen geven mij een gevoel van verantwoordelijkheid en inzicht op de feiten. 
Deze soort sessies geven mij het gevoel dat mijn mening telt en ook wordt naar geluisterd, ik kon input geven en mee beslissen over sommige dingen die werden besproken of die moesten worden verandert zoals bv. De lampen die te laag hangen in de cafetaria of wat ik vind van de veranderingen in het systeem van volgend jaar,…
