Monkey Bars were my arch nemesis on the playground yet I still loved them. I wanted so badly to be able to swing freely from bar to bar like an actual monkey despite falling many many times. It can be hazardous to children because they may not be big enough to hold on and the fall may seriously injure them. The risk is the fall itself, the hazard is it being a particularly high fall that may seriously injure the child.

The difference in a risk and hazard is that a risk is something that may cause harm but the chances of it are not that high, a hazard is something that is going to cause harm in any sort of way

VERY hazardous! not very much to hold on to when people are spinning them around, when wanting to get off it is really hard to when it is spinning especially at some velocity, easily spinnable which can be bad.

I would consider this a hazard because a kid could miss the rope and fall. After some time the ropes could start to get loose so it doesn´t provide as much support.
