males are definitely affected by eating disorders and CAN fall victim to them.

He said "Hiatel hernia." This is a digestive issue where the esophagus does not fit correctly, or rather, the flap of skin preventing food coming back up doesn't close correctly. Leads to heartburn and gastro-esophageal reflux disease (GERD)
"A positive body image can boost your self-confidence."

People sure can be judgmental :(

Body Dysmorphic Disorder: a disease of imagined ugliness. This is a real, diagnosable disorder.

"What is more important? The way we look, or the kind of person we are on the inside, the condition of our heart, how we treat others?"

There is no perfect body type!

Our concepts of beauty are influence by society and culture.

Unhealthy and unattainable!

Do you practice "negative self talk?" It is destructive! Change to positive self talk.

Remember we are all created in God's image. That is important!

Those students came around to a healthy self-image.

Image is not important. Beauty is actually based off of your personality not how you look. Eventually, you won't even remember/ it won't matter. The inside is what really matters. -Carissa
