Another way to look at it is that most of the people don´t speak the same language so they would have trouble communicating if they did not have the person that everyone decides together. People vote for all the decisions in the country. 

The military leaders wont have elected representatives to tell them what to do.

We chose constitutional because the people can put down a set of rules that would fit with everyone's needs. If they believe a certain rule is unjust or needs to be changed, they can change it once more so even if it doesn't work once, they can just change the rules and try again. 

A disadvantage could be that if they vote to change a rule, it could be unfair since one culture is 80% of the population. We chose Direct Democracy because one of the main problems in our group was that unemployment rates were rising within our country. This way, the people can vote for more pay, and don't have to worry about the wealthy being elected as higher up. Some of the advantages of a Representative Democracy are that the citizens get to have a say in what happens and they get to choose who represents their country. Another advantage for a Representative Democracy is that there is more equality in a democracy because they don't just take orders from the leader. Instead they talk about it and figure out what would be best for the country.
Some disadvantages for Representative Democracy are that the citizens can vote out the representative for their country if they don't like what choices the head person chose for the country, this could cause chaos and drama throughout the country and make things much worse. 

Direct Representative - 
Some advantages for Direct Democracy are that the citizens get to govern the country and make the decisions on what is best for the country. This could also be bad because some citizens could think that they have more power over other citizens and cause commotion in the country or some citizens could want one decision for the country and some could want others.
Disadvantages for Direct Democracy are that most countries don't get the option or opportunity for a direct democracy to work because the country is too large. Another disadvantage is that there are no representatives that can keep things under control in case something happens or if there is a debate on what should or should not happen.

-There will be someone in power to make rules for the economy that will widely cover all regulations so that they can create more jobs.



Disadvantages- Some people might riot against the rules that a representative makes.
-Any regulations that the representative creates will cut into your ability to simulate the economy and create jobs for the people of NuCountry.
