I graduated from the University of Missouri in 2018 with a degree in elementary education. I begin my first year of teaching in Fulton, Missouri  teaching 5th grade.  About halfway through my first year of teaching, I decided that I wanted to go back to school. I was only graduated from my undergrad for 5 months before I decided to go back for my masters. I use it to communicate, navigate, work, and so much more.  I try to explore new technologies in my personal life as much as possible, to make things easier. 
When it comes to my professional life, I try to use technology as much as possible. This year I have started to do my lesson plans completely online, on Google docs. I even have a slideshow that helps me, as well as my students walk through what we are learning for the day. When it comes to using technology with my students, I feel that I could do much better.  Since I teach at a middle school level, I only have my students for an hour and a half each day. Sometimes it can be very difficult to get things done with computers out. As of recently, I have been trying to use technology for all of our testing.
