Fordism is also the fact of give higher wages to allow workers to buy the cars that were assembled or the one they assembled. At the post-fordism the women see more opportunity to have work. Also the new information technologies grow and became more important, the products are now selled in niche markets whereas before in global markets. And financial markets are globalized. The main that is representative of the fordism is the assembly line

First of all, Henry Ford didn't create the assembly line but Louis Renault did in 1898. And then Henry Ford put the system in place in 1913 in Highland Park, Michigan. The bases of the assembly line are that is the pieces that move but not the workers. So they gained a lot of time because before there were a lot of time-outs. And now there is a division of the work.
Due to this new type of division, the rate at which cars go out is faster. The first assembly line produces the Ford T

In conclusion, the Ford Motor Company has become a big business now. Almost all the cars made by the Ford Motor Company are sold from all over the world. A lot of Ford factories are based in Europe; but there are also automotive concessions where people can buy their own car.
