         <description><![CDATA[<div>In week one I created a wellness tool box with all the things that make me feel happy in this i included a picture of my two puppies, a picture of me and my boyfriend when we went to London, face masks for when i have a pamper night and also my favourite  bath bomb from lush. To help with my wellbeing i have also been following my plan to eat more healthy and go on a dog work, i have been following this i have been discoving new place to walk with my dog.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>To get my steps up when i visited London i walked to all the tourist attractions it was an amazing experience and really took my mind off work and college. In the four days i was there i did over 40,000 steps i walked to the London eye, Downing street , Buckingham palace, madamtusauds and of course food too which i did suprisingly stick to my 7 a day plus healthy alternatives.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>In week&nbsp;3 i took my puppies on a walk and i challenged my self to add an extra mile each day i succeeded! i also tried to alternate the places i walked too so my mind still had time to relax so i wasnt getting board, a place i do love to walk is rabbiting's which isnt too far from me but is a beautiful walk.  </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>In the last week i had time to reflect on the past weeks and things i have done to change my wellbeing for example exercise, see family and friends, exercise more, walk my dog, eat healthy and make healthy changes to my diet this is something i will be continuing this has helped me feel less stressed and not to overthink things.&nbsp;i also went to Cleethorpes for the day and had a day to chill i had a peaceful walk along the beach and had some fish and chips it was so relaxing to sit and watch the waves.</div>]]></description>
