2. It gives off a modern vibe. Looking cool and abstract.
3. The trefoil, the logo has 3 leaf look a like design spreading out. It seems larger and wider, like a next generation kind of  thing. It feels like it represent  wider scope and different variety of things

Honestly, I don't think there's anything that can be improved at all. The logos of adidas never stay the same. It keep changing. However, despite the changes, they know what is the core of the adidas brand. That is the "Three Stripes". This is why in all 3 logos, the "Three Stripe" are always present but just represented in a different manner.
