The practices that are working very well in school are:

  1. Students Involvement - The teachers are involving the students in the teaching - learning process
  2. Resources - The teachers are using resources (flash cards, charts, TLM) in their classes.
  3. Student Talk-time - The students talk time in classes is almost 30% of the total teaching time.
  4. Acceptance to the change by all people involved -School Head, Coordinators, Teachers and Students
