         <title>Head Start and Early Head Start staff are better able to provide the care and nurturing children need to thrive when programs focus on the well-being of the adults. DTL has provided training on the topics of staff wellness and retention alongside our partners from HBHS, PFCE, and PMFO. Our content, for the most part, has focused on self-care, addressing stressors, staff recognition, and connecting “the why” of early learning. </title>
