With the firm, Mr. Beigel assists clients with the cross-border transfer of managerial and executive personnel. In addition, he represents them on filings with immigration processing centers in both the United States and Canada, alongside ports of entry. Through the position, he also regularly interacts with Case Processing Centers and land and air ports of entry into Canada and with regional Service Centers and land and air ports of entry into the United States.

Kevin Beigel has produced numerous legal articles during his career and spent 13 years writing for Carswell&#39;s Legal Alert as a columnist, where he focused on business immigration. He holds membership in numerous legal organizations, including the Law Society of Ontario and the American Immigration Lawyers&#39; Association.

Outside his career, Mr. Beigel enjoys staying physically active by cycling, hiking, and skiing.</description>
