He discovered all the hardships that the employees go through like picking up trash and cleaning toilets... He liked that his employees were following protocol even though some of the protocol rules were made up. He wasn't impressed when the female drivers had to stop for a nature break they have to use a can and I'm guessing he thought that was unacceptable. The spying white trucks that keep an eye on those who are doing their job. The boss is looking for workers that are strong willed and love their job.

He discovered that some of the employees weren't happy but some were. His employees were still working yet there were some problems. The one manager decided to dock off points when they are 2 or 3 minutes late after lunch. They had to work fast and not talk to customers because they were being watched. Enthusiastic worker and a worker that has fun and enjoys the job and deticated to the job.

He discovered that a lot of his decisions are really effect the workers. He liked that his workers had positive attitudes. He didn't like that lady employees had to pee in a can. He is looking for motivated workers. He also felt bad that the workers were under so much pressure while working at their jobs. For example, the lady that had to run to the time clock to punch in so her pay wouldn't get docked 2 minutes for every minute she was late.
